Anchor aim to take the hassle out of recruiting staff. For a one off introduction fee we will find the right person to fill your vacancy. Anchor will advertise the position at no extra charge to you and take care of the initial interviews, ensuring you will only have to see the most suitable people for the job. The fee is only payable when you are fully satisfied with our applicant.

Having the right staff is, of course, the key to business success, but finding them is sometimes very time consuming.

Anchor Recruitment’s own staff are interviewing and screening dozens of applicants every week and may have already registered the ideal person to fill your vacancy. If not, we can access the widest possible network of candidates and are happy to advertise on your behalf.

We can save you valuable time and trouble by pre-selecting for you a short list of candidates to meet your specification. Some clients prefer to use our temporary staff service to try out likely candidates with a view to offering them a permanent position. As you would expect of a flexible agency, we can help you develop a suitable job description and person-profile and even provide interviewing facilities. We understand the need for confidentiality, particularly if you are seeking to replace existing personnel.

Such is our confidence in the service that we offer that we back it up with a guarantee; in the unlikely event of a selected candidate proving unsuitable within the first four weeks, a full refund of fees will be given.
