Permanent – How does it work?

1) Once Anchor are notified of a permanent vacancy that we think you might be interested in we will call to run the specific details past you.

2) If you like the sound of the position we will contact the company and pass all of your details on to them.

3) If the company decide that they would like to see you for an interview then we will arrange it for you

4) We will also offer you feedback at every possible opportunity

5) If you are successful in your application then you will be employed direcectly by the company, NOT by Anchor
