An opportunity has arisen
for a Project Manager within an international company. Responsible for the management and leadership
of multidisciplinary projects related to the concept, design, development and
manufacture of composite structures. The
successful candidate must have a background within Aerospace, Automotive, Boat
Building or Wind Energy. Possessing a
minimum of 3 years hands on project management experience, you will be able to
demonstrate success within the management of multi-disciplinary project team
and have a relevant engineering and/or business degree. The role is based on the Isle of Wight but
will necessitate foreign travel.
Receptionist – Temporary
Interim vacancy for 2 to 3 months, full-time hours.
Required to provide front of house support for a very
busy office, dealing with enquiries from the general public, both in person and
over the telephone. Will also be required to perform general administrative tasks such
as sorting and distributing the post, filing and photocopying. Candidates will be well organised, able to
handle stressful situations and deal with conflict.

Sales Personnel and Sales Managers –

seeking an experienced sales person to promote and sell their product to new
and existing client base. The role is
predominantly desk based but will necessitate attendance at ad hoc events to
promote product and company brand.
Candidates must have experience of working to targets and possess
excellent inter-personal skills. Our
client is also very interested to see CV’s of Sales Managers because there is a
possibility that current business performance is such that job creation at a
higher level is also necessary.
Administrator – Temporary
Interim vacancy for 4 to 6 weeks, full-time hours.
Required to work within a project environment, providing administrative
and secretarial support. Duties include
taking minutes at meetings, making telephone calls and preparing documentation. You will be super organised and extremely
proactive in your approach to work.
Administrator – Permanent
Full or part time person
will be considered for this role. Required to represent upmarket brand and to assist in the provision
of administrative, clerical and sales support. Duties include providing front of house
reception cover, receiving and dealing with enquiries, updating the company database,
mail merge, maintaining appointment diary, word processing, typing, sorting and
distributing post, ordering stationary and office supplies and making tea and
coffee. Successful candidates will have
previous experience within a similar capacity as well as outstanding customer
service skills. Driving license is
beneficial for this role.
Quality Administrator – Permanent
Required to provide administrative support to the quality department of a
world renowned manufacturer. Duties include planning and
co-ordinating meetings, minuting meetings, planning
work schedules and quality tasks, typing, document control and diary and
appointment management for the Director of the quality department. Successful candidates will be literate,
possess good verbal and written communication skills, numerate, computer
literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
and Access) and have moderate to fast typing speeds.
Duty Manager - Permanent
Four star hotel, run by a long established Island family business,
